                               RESOLUTION NO. 19670
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTH AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH
                   CENTRAL BELL TO PROVIDE MEGALINK SERVICE
                   BETWEEN THE MAIN CENTRAL OFFICE AND CITY
                   HALL, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN,
                   AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO
                   EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
                   RELATING THERETO.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a 36-month Agreement, a copy of which is attached
       hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with South Central
       Bell to provide Megalink Service between the Main Central Office
       and City Hall for $1,360.00 one-time installation, and $212.00 
per
       month; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Finance Officer be
       and is hereby authorized to execute any and all necessary
       documents relating thereto.
